This role oversees ground‑up and large‑scale renovation projects valued at $50 million and above, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at client communication, and brings strong leadership to field and office teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout.Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and quality control.Coordinate closely with superintendents, estimators, and executive leadership to ensure alignment with project goals.Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.Oversee procurement, contract administration, and change management.Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry best practices.Provide regular reporting on project progress, risks, and financial performance.Qualifications5–10+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.Demonstrated success managing light industrial projects (manufacturing, distribution, flex industrial, logistics, etc.).Experience overseeing projects of $50M or greater.Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost control.Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance‑based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).Opportunities for career advancement within a growing Dallas‑based team.A culture that values integrity, collaboration, and high‑quality work.#LI-DNI #1183640 - Henry Witten
