Requisition Number: 232678 Job DescriptionAs an HRIS Product Owner at Cintas, you will be responsible for the success of your product by defining, prioritizing, and executing product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and maximizing value delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and business analysts to translate customer needs into clear, actionable requirements. Your role will be pivotal in driving product development, backlog management, and ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams. A successful candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.Responsibilities:Own the internal vision and roadmap for the product and successfully communicate the vision to key stakeholdersBe knowledgeable of product features, roadmap, competitors, and Cintas business processFormulate and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for identified problems to solveOwn product backlog and set product priorities based on business value and delivery effortEnsure all projects, technical enhancements, and incidents are properly prioritized, documented (i.e. process maps, functional requirements), designed, tested, and implemented, ensuring the highest level of quality. Collaborate with resources both internal to Cintas and with Cintas vendors, including software providers, to ensure usability, availability, and legal compliance with all HRIS changes Manage release activities, ensuring smooth deployment and stakeholder communicationSkills/QualificationsRequired: 4+ years proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role4+ years proven experience leading cross functional projects and managing deadlines for a functional teamStrong organizational and communication skills with both technical and business resourcesAbility to lead with influence and assist team members with decision making and conflict resolutionInnovative and experimental approach to solving complex problems Preferred: Experience in modern product management craft and domain (tools, methods, and practices) such as Agile methodologies and sprint planningConfiguration experience with SAP Payroll, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SuccessFactors, or other HR cloud solutionsBenefitsCintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
