Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
Act as the Site Safety and Health Officer, enforcing strict safety protocols and compliance standards
Lead all quality control activities as Quality Control Manager, including inspections and audits
Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and stakeholders for seamless execution
Maintain project schedules and proactively mitigate risks or delays
Manage all site documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and quality records
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for execution and compliance

Proven experience in a Superintendent, SSHO, or QCM role within construction
Strong knowledge of federal safety regulations and quality control processes
Experience managing subcontractors and multi-trade project teams
Ability to lead both safety and quality programs on active job sites
Excellent organizational and documentation skills (daily reports, compliance logs)
Strong communication and leadership capabilities
Experience working on government or federally regulated projects is highly desirable
$110,000 - $133,000 base salary
