Maintain personal hygiene and professional dress code in compliance with company expectations. * Follow Service Steps and Selling skills providing an exceptional customer experience. * Educate, sample, and serve customers distinctive and desirable food and beverage products. * Open and/or close area following appropriate checklist, verifies completion with Manager on Duty. * Maintain stock levels and standards in product presentations, merchandising and signing standards. *Qualifications:* * No Education or Experience Required. * Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals. * Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays. *Essential Physical Requirements:* * Prolonged periods of moving and standing for at least 2 consecutive hours. * May involve reaching above eye level and crouching. * Frequent use of computers including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions. * Frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs. *This job description is not all inclusive; additionally, Macy's, Inc. reserves the right to amend this job description at any time.
